Mindfulness Meditation Workshop

Jan. 13 & 14: Friday 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

An opportunity to learn Buddhist insight meditation techniques or refresh and deepen your meditation practice. There is a potluck vegetarian lunch on Saturday and all are encouraged to bring a dish to share. (A voluntary donation can be offered at the end.)
